PSC pole erection Process

PSC pole comes in 9 Mtr. Length. PSC stands for Pre Stress Concrete Poles,
The process is as follows-

  1.  Excavate a pit of 600 x 900 x 1500 mm (Length x Breadth x Height) by an excavator or manually
  2. Now Put to pole into the pit by manually with 4 rope of 20 mm dia or by using hydra.
  3. Then mix concrete of M10 grade or as specified in the contract, compaction has to be done.
  4. Next, fix the position of the Pole for 12 hours by holding it until the concrete sets.
  5. Finally, Earthing and the fixers are being done.
